These Terms govern the Playrim browser-game portal at playrim.com, including guest play, accounts, hosted games, saves, leaderboards, community content and developer publishing. Read them together with the Privacy Policy. If you do not accept these Terms, do not use the service. These Terms do not replace the separate licenses of individual games or the rules of external sites. The operator and contact details are provided below.
You may play available games as a guest. An account is needed for cloud saves, account favorites, verified score submissions and other signed-in features. Guest/device saves are not automatically owned by a later account; the portal may offer an explicit import. Playrim is intended for users aged 13 or older worldwide; where law requires a higher age or parental authorization, those requirements apply. Registration records a declared age band and an acknowledgment of these Terms and local eligibility. Under-13 registration is refused; self-service accounts are currently available only from age 16. Accounts for younger users are unavailable. A parent or guardian may contact support, but doing so does not approve or create an account. An age declaration does not independently verify age or parental authorization. Worldwide availability is the intended scope, not a claim of compliance with every territory's requirements; no country restriction is currently configured, and mandatory local rules still apply.
Choose an appropriate username, protect your password and recovery code, and do not share credentials or access someone else's account. Provide information you choose to submit accurately and lawfully. Email verification/recovery is optional and separate from developer verification. Keep recovery links private. Notify [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access. Review/revoke sessions and request available exports or deletion through Your account.
Public contributions include approved developer game submissions, developer profiles and logos, leaderboard entries and aggregate game ratings/likes. Public game-comment reading and posting are disabled for the initial launch. No player written-review interface, discussion forum or chat is provided. Developer submission review means administrator approval of a game, not a public player review.
The operator and respective licensors retain rights to Playrim materials and games. You receive permission to use the service and play available games for their intended purposes, subject to these Terms and applicable game/open-source licenses. No ownership of the portal or a game is transferred to you.
You retain rights to content you submit. You grant the operator a non-exclusive license to host, display, distribute within the service, make technically necessary copies and moderate that content to operate Playrim. You confirm you have the necessary rights. This license does not override privacy rights or authorize unrelated sale of personal data. When content/account removal is requested, historical recovery copies and previously distributed game builds may remain as disclosed in the Privacy Policy and subject to applicable rights and retention limits.
Developers must comply with the publishing rules and relevant licenses, submit accurate metadata, and disclose external services or personal-data collection before approval. Portal review and image sanitization do not guarantee the safety, ownership or accuracy of every game or contribution.
Playrim is currently in public beta. Features and content may change as the platform develops. During the public beta, some stored data may occasionally need to be reset as the platform evolves. This may affect accounts, saves, scores, favorites or other features. Keep an export or backup of important data where available; browser clearing or switching devices can also lose guest saves. An export is not a guarantee that every game supports reimport.
We may modify, retire, restrict or temporarily interrupt features/games for maintenance, security, legal compliance or beta development. We aim to give reasonable notice of material changes where practicable and required by law; urgent safety incidents may require immediate action. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, permanent retention of a specific score/save or continued access to a particular game. Beta status does not remove mandatory consumer or data-protection rights.
Anyone, including guests, may send a content, safety or legal notice to [email protected]. Include the relevant URL or content identifier, the issue and supporting information, and a contact for our response. An account or in-app report is not required. Do not send passwords or unrelated identity documents.
We may remove/reject scores or content, delist games, change publishing permissions or terminate accounts for breaches of these Terms, abuse, safety risks or legal requirements, proportionately to the circumstances. Where practicable and legally appropriate, we will explain the restriction. Contact support to request review. You may stop using Playrim and delete an eligible account using account settings. Backup/device/provider deletion limits and the administrative-transfer requirement for a last administrator are described in the Privacy Policy.
OVHcloud provides hosting; Resend delivers requested account verification/recovery messages. Developer/social links and app-store listings lead to external services governed by their own rules. An externally embedded game, if offered, may have additional disclosed terms. We do not control independent services or guarantee their availability; this does not exclude any responsibility the law places on the Playrim operator.
No paid subscription, pass, game-unlock sale or advertising is offered by the current beta configuration. Implemented but disabled Google/Paddle integrations and seller-declaration text files do not make those features active. If they are introduced, the operator must first provide the relevant pricing, payment/refund/cancellation information, consumer protections, processor/privacy disclosures and any required consent controls. These Terms do not authorize undisclosed charges or future subscriptions.
To the extent applicable law permits, the beta service is provided as available without a promise that every game is error-free, compatible with every device, or continuously accessible. Use reasonable care with credentials and device backups. We remain responsible for obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Any limitation of liability applies only to the extent legally permitted and does not exclude liability for fraud, intentional wrongdoing, death/personal injury where exclusion is prohibited, or other non-excludable liability. Nothing limits mandatory consumer rights, remedies, data-protection rights or rights under applicable licenses. No arbitrary financial liability cap is imposed by these beta Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Republic of Serbia, subject to mandatory rules that apply to you, including consumer protections of your habitual residence where applicable. Disputes may be brought before courts competent under applicable law; no exclusive city/court or mandatory arbitration has been invented for the operator. Contact support first if you wish to seek an informal resolution, without restricting your right to legal remedies or a privacy complaint.
These Terms take effect on October 16, 2026. Revised versions will state their date. Material changes should be notified before taking effect where required; any acceptance or consent legally required for a new feature must be obtained separately.
